Dynamic School of STEM
Dynamic School of STEM is intentionally and purposefully created with our students’ futures in mind. The goal is to expand educational opportunities to increase career options. Dynamic students have an innate spiritual calling and we offer a multitude of classes in order to craft that calling.
Dynamic School of STEM enrichment and college preparatory for grades 7th-12th, and an Early Literacy program for Pre-K through 2nd grade.
It is the purpose and intent of the administrators, staff, and teachers to help draw out and magnify the individualistic talents of our students. Coupled with advanced learning opportunities and increasing global competitiveness with vast career opportunities our students will forever change the social and economic landscape of minorities through education.
Each year our board decides on a theme surrounding STEM curriculum. Many of our classes focus on the theme to the desired end of the concept/presentation.
Our class offerings are based on Missouri graduation requirements and electives are selected within the career pathways.

Dynamic School of STEM is a faith-based private school focused on individuality and creativity. God has created each student individually with their own task to fulfill in this world.
We understand you have many S.T.E.M and Early literacy program choices, within the Kansas City area, so we strive to make our course offerings different, setting ourselves apart and making your choice easier.

Our Purpose
Dynamic School of STEM’s motto is, “Not Your Typical STEM Program.” Meaning, our program is set out to differentiate itself from typical STEM programs. On an annual basis our board picks a theme to base the elective classes around for the year ending in a final presentation.
All elective STEM courses will include a careers section to highlight the various career paths available within the field. Courses will also include a finance section to discover salaries, work in budgets, and how to discuss pay negotiation.
Yes, even in Middle School we discuss pay negotiation, this way from the very start students gain an expectation of salaries, regardless of their race or gender.
Our Mission
Dynamic System of Schools was created by Marcus and Samara Jones as phase III of our educational programs. Our 501c3 educational organization was created to change the social and economic landscape of minorities through education and entrepreneurship.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the premier private school within the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Within 20 years, we will expand our programming to support students focused on career paths inclusive of STEM, entrepreneurship, Foreign Language, and fine arts. Starting with the School of STEM, Dynamic will create other schools of focus to help students deeply explore their interests and expand options to support their career paths.
